MOSCOW, Sep 29 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian independent gas company Novatek have approved paying 45 rubles per share, or a total of 136.6 billion rubles, in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
The record date is October 9.
